We know that we are one humanity within one biosphere on one round planet.
What’s ahead of us is a leap of identity—to live as conscious parts of the planet and as Earth itself.
To move from knowing to sensing to being. Without losing our individual selves, we can widen it to become everything we belong to. To be one and many.

1. Our Next Evolutionary Leap
September 12, 2025
We know that we are one humanity within one biosphere on one round planet. What’s ahead of us is a leap of identity—to live as conscious parts of the planet and as Earth itself. To move from knowing to sensing to being. Without losing our individual selves, we can widen it to become everything we belong to. To be one and many. Read more.
2. The Practice – Unconditional Belonging and Collective Perspectives
September 12, 2025
This book is not a practical guide on how you can become aware of your wider Embraces; it’s about the insights that have emerged from the practice. However, a brief introduction to the Wider Embraces practice will help you understand the source of the ideas. Read more.
3. Is this Book for You?
September 12, 2025
Now you’ve got an overview of the Wider Embraces method and what this book is about. Before you spend more time reading, let’s figure out if this book is for you. We live in an attention economy, and I don’t want to waste your precious time. Read more.
B. You Belonging, Unconditionally
Chapters about navigating and sensing into the scientific worldview. Moving from intellectual knowing that you are a physical, biological, and cultural being; that you consist of parts, and you are parts of ever-wider circles. To experience your deep belonging to everything you are part of. You are held unconditionally by all your wider Embraces!
C. Being All Your Wider Embraces
Chapters about shifting your identity from the personal me to any of your wider circles, what we call Embraces. These perspectives flip us out into the timeless Now. To understand this perspective, we look into relating in all directions, parts and wholes, subtle fields and pure awareness.
D. Forgiveness – Time and Space
Chapters about the necessity of forgiveness, because blame and shame are not helpful moving forward. There are at least four paths to forgiveness, and understanding the underlying causes is essential. For example, recognising that expansion in all directions and exploiting all available resources are universal forces.
E. Healing the Splits – Separation and Alignment
Chapters about how we could transcend and heal some of the splits inside our human culture. We vs. them. Nature vs. culture. Religions vs. science. Life vs. death. Reality vs. Escapism.
F. Being Planet Earth – Hopefree
Final chapters about how we are expressions of Life on Earth and how we can move forward, hopefree. Becoming a Planetary Aware Humanity.

I look forward to reading each chapter as they emerge.
Sounds both somewhat familiar and completely intriguing.
I love the way you describe this Stina, your words and the journey they weave parallel my own journey in and through and with the Wider We
